My wife went to this office today for her first visit. She is pregnant and high risk. She also had our 7 month old with her. She arrived early for her appointment and after waiting in a long line was given the customary paperwok to fill out. While she was filling it out, an office staffer rudely told her that if she did not complete the paperwork in ""five more minutes"" she would not be seen. My wife tried to defuse the situation by informing the staffer she (my wife) is an OB nurse herself and she was sure the visit would be brief. The staffer said this would not be possible and insisted she wouldn't be seen. At this point my wife decided this was not a practice she wanted to use and left. As an additional issue, this office requires patients to write their credit card number on the paperwork, which raises security concerns.
