I visited Franks Waterside for a special holiday meal right before Christmas. My family and I dined at Frank's at Christmastime the year before[2007] and had an absolutely wonderful meal so we returned for the same great experience. Wow. were we disappointed. They changed the menu to the point where most of the special entrees were removed. I ordered fish which had very little flavor and was lackluster. The rest my party was disappointed as well and the food did not come out together for all the people in our group. Cappucino was lukewarm. Through some questioning as to why the food was so different I came to find out that there have been 2 chef changes in 2008 since my last visit. The view is the only thing that has not changed. Skip the mediocre overpriced food..go for a drink and music and take in the view.
