I went to Radiance for a procedure and to buy some products...I have been going for the past few months and it just seems as if each experience gets a little worse each time. The front desk staff is always changing and as soon as I have got used to somebody there is somebody else there. Most recently upon my arrival, there was an older woman who ""greeted"" me by asking who I was and what was I here for. I felt as if she were :sizing"" me up, and almost felt as if I had interrupted her from what she was doing before, definitely not the kind of service I would expect, nor am used to from my past experience. The actual staff is really great and seem to know what they are doing, particularly Mike the esthetician.
