I went to Radiance for a procedure and to buy some products...I have been going for the past few months and it just seems as if each experience gets a little worse each time. The front desk staff is always changing and as soon as I have got used to somebody there is somebody else there. Most recently upon my arrival, there was an older woman who ""greeted"" me by asking who I was and what was I here for. I felt as if she were :sizing"" me up, and almost felt as if I had interrupted her from what she was doing before, definitely not the kind of service I would expect, nor am used to from my past experience. The actual staff is really great and seem to know what they are doing, particularly Mike the esthetician. So if you can handle less than pleasant customer service and front desk attitude, then the actual experience is good!
