I've been going to this practice since the early to mid 1990s. My whole family goes here. My primary physician is Dr. Mitchell Costner. Over the years I have seen many of the doctors (in the early years it was only Dr. Layne and Dr. Costner) all of the doctors seem to be thorough, compassionate and caring. The staff are helpful and courteous. I have found this practice to always be most accommodating about getting you in to see a doctor when needed. I have recommended this practice to many of my colleagues and everyone is pleased with their doctor and the practice as a whole. My personal preference is Dr. Costner, he is so down-to-earth and he truly listens. I have no doubt that I am receiving the best medical care, he is so knowledgeable and conscientious. So if you are looking for a family practice, I would highly recommend Riverwood Family Medical.
Pros: Comprehensive family practice. Excellent medical care. Thorough and knowledgeable doctors.
Cons: Location is not the most convenient.
