Dr. Costner is a great doctor. He explains everything very well. He has always been my doctor. I've seen some of the other doctors and didn't like them. I wasn't in there may be 5 minutes.Doctor Costner explain everything to me. It breaks my heart, that he's gone now. I trusted him whole heartedly. He's the best doctor that I ever had.
