I paid $220.00 on Saturday, February 9, 2008 for a gun order that was not in stock. On February 15, 2008 I cancelled my order due to inconsistent and misleading information from your sales representative. I was promised by your staff that my gun would be ordered and would take no longer than two (2) days for delivery. I contacted your staff on Thursday, February 14, 2008 regarding my order and I was told by your staff that the gun would not arrive until Monday because of night sites and something about the type of automatic weapon. Again, inconsistent, misleading information and ?lies?. The gun order for the Kimber pro-tactical II gun has ?night sites,? so it?s unclear why anyone would be confused about the type of automatic weapon I ordered unless your staff failed to place the order in a timely manner, or failed to order the correct weapon. Nonetheless, I informed your employee on Friday, February 15, 2008 that I wanted to cancel my order. I then said, I wanted my money back and I was told I would have to wait until Monday. I arrived at your store on Saturday, February 9, 2008 with my receipt. I requested a refund of my money and I was told no refund. No explanation, just that ?Pat? said we are not refunding your money. The receipt states that no refunds on always and special custom orders. The gun I ordered is not a custom or special order item. The gun was ordered because you did not have one in stock, but it is an item that you carry as stated by your staff. more
