Seriously, I've been studying yoga for over 15 years with a wide variety of teachers and styles, and I feel like I've finally found 'home' for my yoga practice at The Yoga Space. The teachers at The Yoga Space have a gift for blending the physical practice of yoga with mindfulness. They are also wonderful at taking requests and tailoring class to meet the needs of those present while also providing a well balanced practice. They have an in-depth understanding of how to modify your practice (and specific poses) to address individual issue (injury recovery, notoriously tight areas etc.) and their adjustments work wonderfully to help you get the best out of your yoga practice. The studio has a friendly community atmosphere with beautiful hardwood floors.
Pros: Excellent instructors, great atmosphere and sunny space, support for working at your own level.
