I lived here for only a few months as i could not stand the people in charge. The management sucked. They were ALWAYS rude and unkind to students. And if you brought someone else in, they we more rude. They don't care about residents not having to pay for everything. There was a fire here in the spring, and it left the entire left side of the building damaged. As they were fixing it, they took over a WEEk to find me a new home and they promised reimbursement, it is 9 months later, and i still have not seen a check. with many phone calls and promises from them, they have left me hanging. It is such a pain to try and work with them that i will tell anyone and everyone who ever wants to live there, to never do so. When they did move me to a new place, it was 4 floors higher, it was smoke damaged, and they did nothing about it. i was sick for months after and it became so very hard for me to work or do anything and i will never forget, how i asked them to move me, and they wouldn't because they had ""too much going on"". I threatened them with a lawyer, and by the time my contract was up, they were ready to move me. I wasn't about to move 2 times in 4 days. Its ridiculous. I am so mad at them.
Pros: Living by UVU
Cons: Everything else!!! Management, parking, loud noises...etc.
