DO NOT RENT HERE!! The management here are the most corrupt, dishonest, thieving, lying pack of cutpurses in all of Utah. Every apartment keeps failing their cleaning checks, no matter what. So this last cleaning check we our apartment decided to see if we could possibly pass and not have to pay management $40 a piece for failing. We all spent literally 8 hours a piece during the week cleaning every room in the apartment until it was immaculately clean! We went to absurd lengths to get it that clean and spent almost more than $40 a piece to get the best supplies and we still failed!! On top of that, the managers promised us that they wouldn?t charges us for failing nor would they charge us for the re-inspections if we passed the second time. So we spent another 8 hours a piece cleaning and surprisingly we passed? but they still charged us. They?re a bunch of thieves and liars. The managers don?t care about their residents at all. They just want more money and they will stop at nothing to get it from you. DO NOT RENT HERE!! more

I lived here for only a few months as i could not stand the people in charge. The management sucked. They were ALWAYS rude and unkind to students. And if you brought someone else in, they we more rude. They don't care about residents not having to pay for everything. There was a fire here in the spring, and it left the entire left side of the building damaged. As they were fixing it, they took over a WEEk to find me a new home and they promised reimbursement, it is 9 months later, and i still have not seen a check. with many phone calls and promises from them, they have left me hanging. It is such a pain to try and work with them that i will tell anyone and everyone who ever wants to live there, to never do so. When they did move me to a new place, it was 4 floors higher, it was smoke damaged, and they did nothing about it. i was sick for months after and it became so very hard for me to work or do anything and i will never forget, how i asked them to move me, and they wouldn't because they had ""too much going on"". I threatened them with a lawyer, and by the time my contract was up, they were ready to move me. I wasn't about to move 2 times in 4 days. Its ridiculous. I am so mad at them. Pros: Living by UVU Cons: Everything else!!! Management, parking, loud noises...etc. more

You do not need a business degree to know that the owners of College Terrace are the epitomy of A TERRIBLE BUSINESS PRACTICE. The apartments are rundown and disgusting. The office staff is rude and very unhelpful. They never fix things, and they charge for things like broken light bulbs and postage (when they send you a notice). They expect you to uphold your end of the contract but when they break the contract themselves, they REFUSE to take responsibility. This is honestly the WORST place to live in the Orem/Provo Area. Dont get conned in by the cheap rent. They give you a room the size of a closet to share with someone else. With the bunkbed, dresser and desk, you can barely move. Lets not even get started on the closet size! There is no room for anything! Its a pathetic excuse for an apartment complex. Pros: Close to UVU...that is the ONLY Pro Cons: Staff unhelpful and rude, dirty, disgusting apartments, small apartments, terrible management, they will nickel and dime you for everything you have more
