I started with Chisholm a year ago at a whopping 380 pounds !!!!!!! He desinged a workout plan that even I could follow 3 days a week. He made it fun & challenging ,he even provided me with a meal plan. When I took time off for surgery he called all the time to see if I was ok and he was more than helpful getting me back on the right track afterwards. I am proud to call Chisholm my personal trainer, he has truly changed my life and more important my health and WEIGHT !!!!!...... I am in FAR !!!! better shape now. I dont know what I did before him.
