I recently went to Conrad's for an oil change. I got there around 4:45 p.m. and they said they would have me done by 5:45 p.m. They finished up at 5:50 p.m. (not bad, in my opinion), but because they had not met the stated time, there was no charge for the oil change! Now THAT'S the way to do business. Needless to say, they've won a new customer!
