Quick, convenient, great service 10/3/2011

I go here for oil changes, and recently had muffler work done. That muffler work was expensive, but their hours of operation and the time they took to do the work were great-quick and convenient. The customer service is great here, everyone I have dealt with is very pleasant. The plaza they're located in is good for doing some shopping or getting something to eat while you're waiting for your car to get finished. Definitely recommended! more

Great service and a commitment to excellence! 1/9/2009

I recently went to Conrad's for an oil change. I got there around 4:45 p.m. and they said they would have me done by 5:45 p.m. They finished up at 5:50 p.m. (not bad, in my opinion), but because they had not met the stated time, there was no charge for the oil change! Now THAT'S the way to do business. Needless to say, they've won a new customer! more
