I used this business before and they replaced a cable and guaranteed it. The cable broke. He said he would honor the guarantee. He made an appointment to show but never did, no call no nothing. the door is part of my historic home and I have kept it maintained. I thought the business name Universal implied a familiararity with a wide variety and degree of versatility. I at least expected a phone call as a no show is flaky behavior and unprofessional to waste someone else's time because they choose not to communicate pro or con. Since we had done business in the past, maybe he at least could have recommended someone else rather than leaving a customer feeling that their business doesn't count.
