Do not take your dell notebook in for repair if you're getting a blue screen. They will charge you a hefty $50 to run a hardware diagnostic test, which you can do yourself. If your stop error ends in D1, it more than likely is a driver, or system error and not a hardware error (that is what they don't tell you at Mr. N). Research your stop error message online through dell support, and microsoft...by the time I got ahold of the internet through another machine, I had already taken it in for a diagnostic check.
Pros: Cheap Notebooks
Cons: Repair charges are high, they will rip you off, noticed their notebooks on display for sale even had error messages.
