I am so discusted with this Company. I live in Maple Shade NJ, and I had a complete instulation of a new heating and AC system. No problems with the components they used. Goodman 95% and a 15seer AC. But the quality of the instaluation, was D-. They left things loose, over cut the holes for the vents leaving marks in my kitchen floor. Every connection made was leaking and there fix for that was using a whole roll of tape. The ductwork is the poorest quality I have seen. Non insulated paper flex tubes. The cheepest ones you can buy at Home Depot. The sticker on them clearly says not to used in applications longer than 14 ft. I have some that are more than 20ft. The heating of the home is very poor due to these hoses being installed in a unfinished basement. John's did nothing to fix my problems, and I had to repair them myself. Including installing insulated ducts, costing me an extra $250. On top of the $7000 I paid them.
