THE WORST!!!! 5/19/2011

The WORST!! Replaced My Fathers AC and put the unit in Backwards so the water ran away from drain! Flooded the attic and sheetrock! Unit was installed Backwards so coils ran wrong way also to cause power bill to use Way more energy! Every time called on the issue they just duct taped and siliconed for four years! Kept telling my father it was fixed! Never installed the return VENT! So it pulled in air from HOT Attic Not House! My Fathers Hard Wood Floors are Warped! The Sheet rock all had to be Replaced! Found mold that had to be treated from his POS Work! If my father could find his receipt. I would have sued this Excuse for a Heat and AC Company! DO NOT USE! more

Recently had a brand new system installed in my home and let me tell you, John's does not cut any corners! Carpets on the floors, friendly workers and excellent prices. The men were very professional and helpful in teaching me how to start my system and how to use the thermostat, explained the air filter and when and how to change it. The type of service that John's provides is something that you would expect a large bill at the completion but that's not the case. From the first estimate I knew I would choose John's , their salesman was very knowledgeable and thorough and made me comfortable choosing their company. I highly recommend trying John's if you are going with a new Heating or Air conditioning system, I'm glad I did! more

Very Fast Service 3/23/2009

I called to report a heating problem in January and our technician Mike was there within 2 hours. I was dreading a huge repair, but it turned out to be a flame sensor. That and a cleaning cost well under $100. Much better than I had feared! Will use this company anytime I have issues. more

Very poor Quality and cheeeeep parts. 1/27/2009

I am so discusted with this Company. I live in Maple Shade NJ, and I had a complete instulation of a new heating and AC system. No problems with the components they used. Goodman 95% and a 15seer AC. But the quality of the instaluation, was D-. They left things loose, over cut the holes for the vents leaving marks in my kitchen floor. Every connection made was leaking and there fix for that was using a whole roll of tape. The ductwork is the poorest quality I have seen. Non insulated paper flex tubes. The cheepest ones you can buy at Home Depot. The sticker on them clearly says not to used in applications longer than 14 ft. I have some that are more than 20ft. The heating of the home is very poor due to these hoses being installed in a unfinished basement. John's did nothing to fix my problems, and I had to repair them myself. Including installing insulated ducts, costing me an extra $250. On top of the $7000 I paid them. Pros: None Cons: Do not use this company!!! more
