I find it very interesting that a worker with a good steady background (3 years with last company 3 years with company before that) looking to work during slow winter construction period instead of just collecting unemployment and food stamps, cannot be placed thru this company. No felony background, not even a speeding ticket in the last 9 years. Oh wait - now I remember why, he's white and a legal citizen of the US. All the employees I see going thru their facility (I worked 1 block away for the last 3 years) to get DRIVEN to their job site are either Mexican or African American. So much for Equal Opportunity Employer!!! They may say EOE but its obvious that the "owner" (I was told) and the office manager both don't practice good employee relations, don't want good employees and don't cae if they are discriminating against someone beause of their race (AGAINST THE LAW!!)
