Regarding the prior two posts... I can not say whether the two prior posts are true/false/exaggerated, but what I can tell you, is that since I've been working here things are not that way at all. It may be because it never was that way to begin with, or because Allstaf has an entirely new staff, but we do not condone discrimination in any way whatsoever, and we understand that good work ethics have nothing to do with a workers race. I find it very interesting that a worker with a good steady background (3 years with last company 3 years with company before that) looking to work during slow winter construction period instead of just collecting unemployment and food stamps, cannot be placed thru this company. No felony background, not even a speeding ticket in the last 9 years. Oh wait - now I remember why, he's white and a legal citizen of the US. All the employees I see going thru their facility (I worked 1 block away for the last 3 years) to get DRIVEN to their job site are either Mexican or African American. So much for Equal Opportunity Employer!!! They may say EOE but its obvious that the "owner" (I was told) and the office manager both don't practice good employee relations, don't want good employees and don't cae if they are discriminating against someone beause of their race (AGAINST THE LAW!!) more

over a 2 week period working for chep through all staff i lost a few hundred dollars due to all staff errors! they claimed they would pay me the money missing from my paycheck and never did, they waited till i couldnt press a law suit then dropped me! also they are to provide a ride to lima from sidney everyday that you work at chep, on 2 seperate occasions i have been stranded in lima because Jack (driver) was too lazy to get up there to do so. and anyone who knows the area knows thats one long walk!
