Best Buy is terrible when it comes to customer service. Customer service, WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE, there is none! It does not exist in the in the Arlington, VA location in person or on the phone. I've been calling the Laure, MD, and Arlington, VA store for the last 1 1/2 hrs and the phone just rung in both locations. When the person finally answered the phone in the Arlington location I informed her that I'd purchased a side by side refrigerator and it is not working. I know I purchased an extended warranty but I didn't know if the warranty was still valid. I asked when will they send a letter or something out to let you know that you can extend the warranty if it is no longer valid.She said she could check. I suggested that she put the info in under my phone number, she wouldn't. I spent another 15 min on the phone with her because she refused to put my number in.
