First Fidelity is a good bank, however the quality of customer service varies between daytime and nighttime. The bank has evening hours, which is very convenient for our family. We are always greeted upon entering the bank and sometimes offered refreshments. At times, we have had issues with the drive-thru, but overall it has always been a positive experience.
