I was impressed at how knowledgable the bank manager was. I had some questions about banking products for retirement/investment.\r A time was scheduled and when I arrived I was given full attention and the time to question and understand the variables involved. The information available and the additional research the manager made in my behalf was impressive. I feel he really went out of his way to listen to my situation and then secure all information available to present to me. He created a "comfort zone" for me. Always treated with respect 2/10/2011

I have been a customer since I moved here from Phoenix. I am 94 and they have always treated me with respect and take the time to answer my many foolish concerns. They never rush me out and make sure all my questions are answered and I leave with peace of mind. I think they are all swell. Maxine M. more

Decent Customer SErvice 9/21/2008

First Fidelity is a good bank, however the quality of customer service varies between daytime and nighttime. The bank has evening hours, which is very convenient for our family. We are always greeted upon entering the bank and sometimes offered refreshments. At times, we have had issues with the drive-thru, but overall it has always been a positive experience. more
