I took my Mitsubishi Outlander to the shop on a recommendation from a friend; BIG MISTAKE. They replaced the front rotors at a reasonable price. A couple of weeks later I had to take it back because of brake grinding on the right side - spent all day at the shop waiting for them to fix it. Now it has been four months - the rotors have hot spots on them and need to be replaced again!!! I have since taken my car to a reputable mechanic in Martinez and found out that the brake pads Walnut Creek Import Service placed on my car were not Mitsubishi brake pads, but cheap after-market pads. It is not worth it for me to take the car back to the shop because I know the vicious cycle will continue. Save yourself the trouble. DO NOT GO TO WALNUT CREEK IMPORT SERVICE.
