During my first visit, I was extremely impressed with the nurse who checked me in but that was about it. The Dr hardly listened to me as I conveyed my medicines I was currently taking to manage my GI disorder and I know this because at the end of our conversation he suggested that I perhaps start taking a medicine, which I had already told him I had been on for three years. I didn't let this bother me at the time, but when I began to have symptoms and called the office to speak with a nurse, it took over three days for a return call and even then I was then told I should perhaps start a ""new"" medicine, but yet I was ALREADY taking this medicine. The phone system there only allows you to leave messages, which in my experience are never returned unless the patient calls and calls. I would not recommend this office to anyone who have a GI disorder since the level of attention to the patients is extremely lacking.
