I recently had dinner at the restaurant with 5 other individuals. My daughter found 3 hairs in her food and of course couldn't continue eating her meal. The management staff refused to take her meal off the bill. The manager was unprofessional and unreasonable . After disputing the incident the night of dinner, I contacted another manager the following day, who also refused to adjust the bill further or give some type of discount for the next time I would dine. I was basically told that they couldn't believe the story that hairs were found in the food, even when there were 5 other witnesses to the incident. When I asked to speak to the owner of the restaurant, they refused to give me his contact information.\r

I am appalled at the manner in which my party was treated and the poor customer service of this restaurant.
