As hard as it is to get motivated to work out, this gym makes it even harder. #1... the a/c never seems to run properly, especially in the afternoon it's hotter than it is outside (in August). #2... many machines are out of order, and it takes weeks to fix them, if they choose to. one treadmill had a big wrip in the belt w/ a flap hanging off and they thought it was still ok to use... don't think so... i should have used it and pretended to fall so i could cancel my membership... #3... the machines that do work are crappy.. make VERY loud clicking noises, etc #4... there are always 4-5 trainers standing around doing nothing, staring at the girls. sometimes 4-5 of them stand outside and stare at you walking in or leaving. #5... they follow the posted hours when they feel like it... they're supposed to open at 8 am on saturdays (which has changed from being open 24 hrs), and this past sat. i went and they were still not open at 8:45. what a waste of gas! i've gone to many other gyms in other states and have been very happy. peak fitness is HORRIBLE. i only joined b/c it's the only gym w/in 15-20 min of my house... at first the management was good... but now there is all new horrible management........ stay away!
