Dr. Shari Phillips is the primary care physician for my whole family, and I have always been happy with my experience at this office. I find all the staff to be friendly and helpful. Dr. Phillips always takes the time to listen to me and my concerns, and I never feel that she is rushed. I have small children, so I have contacted the office on multiple occasions with questions. On only one occasion did I find the nurse I spoke with to be less than pleasant. Every other time I've called, the nurses have been very helpful and get me an appointment if I need one. Dr. Phillips called me personally once when my daughter was sick. I would definitely recommend this practice.
