Donna and Gerry in painting were awesome and went out of their way to fix the problems made by the Bellevue store. But the returns cashier were rookies and refused to mark down the paint (for the initial rebate and 10% off) even thought it's home depot's mistakes, saying that they were ""doing us a favor"" in helping us return the paint. They were not doing us a favor, they were just fixing their mistakes. Finally Donna helped us fill in the paper work to resolve the issues.
