The gentleman who helped me in PVC piping was awesome and went out of his way to find my fittings help with my design. But the cashier messed up royally, running my debit card before using the cash I gave him even though I asked him not to, therefore overdrawing my account. The manager refused to do anything about the problem, saying the transaction could not be voided and she walked away in a bad mood without further discussion or an apology as if it were my fault. I had to pay $33.00 to my bank. \r

In my second interaction I called their customer service desk to find out whether the store had any 4mm contact paper. I was told ""I don't know"". I wish there were another convenient hardware store close to downtown. This place is like the Delta desk at the JFK airport...they make you feel as if you're wasting their time. \r
