I've tried many different workouts and this one for me has given me great results. It?s a different kind of workout where you focus on interval training so it keeps it interesting. I don't get bored in these classes - in fact - I am more motivated now that ever to workout because I look forward so much to doing the workout - because I have seen how dramatically it has changed me! I recommend it to anyone - especially those who actually want to see results after committing to a workout.
