The office staff is pretty much the most unfriendly, unprofessional, often rude bunch of people I've ever seen in this setting where customer service is so important. Sometimes the nurses are very nice and there have been nice doctors over the years. But the people in the front that sign you in act like this is the last place on earth they want to be and they want ""YOU"" to know it. I don't understand.
