This clinic bailed me out of illness/injuries and kept me able to work without having to miss work enough times that I switched them for all my care. I love being able to get in the same day any time to see a helpful caring doctor. Usually I try to see Dr. Koppel but Dr. Tran has taken care of me as well. Highly recommend! more

FRONT OFFICE IS RUDE! 2/18/2011

I have to agree about the front office staff. I am a new patient and called to set up an appointment. The girl was horrible. I'm only keeping my appointment because my husband swears the doctors are great. They better be! more

Doctors Who Care 3/9/2009

Doctor Tran is a great doctor!! He listens to your problems and concerns and then suggest options for treatment then he writes the prescription necessary to alleviate your symptoms. Great doctor in my book!! more

Where has the customer service gone? 9/15/2008

The office staff is pretty much the most unfriendly, unprofessional, often rude bunch of people I've ever seen in this setting where customer service is so important. Sometimes the nurses are very nice and there have been nice doctors over the years. But the people in the front that sign you in act like this is the last place on earth they want to be and they want ""YOU"" to know it. I don't understand. more
