Our experience with this company started on Aug 13 with an air conditioner repair service call. Technician told us that a new ""board"" was needed for our less-than-a-year-old AC unit. He would order the part and get back to us. We heard nothing. I called a month later, on Sept 12, and was told that now it needed to be brought into their shop. Didn't make me feel good. I told them that I'd like the board replaced in our apartment as originally planned. They would check with the tech and call me back. No call. Monday I called them and was told it had to go to their shop. I asked how long they would have it if they did take it, and John, the manager, refused to give me even a window of time, i.e., less than a month, no more than two weeks. He refused. When I pushed, he hung up on me, not before saying ""don't you have anything else better to do?"" Clearly, we will not be using this organization. Would NEVER hand over an appliance to organization that has this guy as their front-end manager.
