Very rude owner! Was extremely rude and unprofessional on the phone. I would not recommend this place or services to anyone. I ended up taking my dog to Petco for grooming which was a great experience. I was out in an hour and a half. I love supporting our communities small businesses, but not when customer service is not top priority. Sometimes it really does pay to go to a corporate place, especially when it is cheaper and has great customer service.
