Very nice owner, I took my great dane in for a bath and she was very helpful with getting my baby in the tub(he hated baths). She let Rosco run around after his bath and was very professional.I recomender the Launder Mutt to anybody! more

Very Pleased! 7/25/2011

We showed up without an appointment just to inquire about the service and were greeted very professionally and allowed to come in right away on a Saturday morning. Owner was extremely helpful and friendly. We have 2 very large German Shepherds and she let the younger one roam around the shop while we bathed our older boy. We will make this a regular visit for our dog bathing needs. Thank you! more

Very rude owner! Was extremely rude and unprofessional on the phone. I would not recommend this place or services to anyone. I ended up taking my dog to Petco for grooming which was a great experience. I was out in an hour and a half. I love supporting our communities small businesses, but not when customer service is not top priority. Sometimes it really does pay to go to a corporate place, especially when it is cheaper and has great customer service. more
