THIS IS THE WORST ESCROW COMPANY IN TOWN!! DID NOT RECORD DEED. WE THOUGHT THEY DID BUT COME TO FIND OUT 3 MONTHS LATER IT WAS NEVER DONE. WE BOUGHT A FORECLOSURE AND THEY DID NOT PAY THE OUTSTANDING PENALTITIES FROM THE HOA'S, SO NOW WE HAVE A LIEN ON OUR HOME. NOW HAVE AN ATTORNEY AND ARE SUING STERLING ESCROW FOR THE FEES. EVERY TIME IN THE PAST WE HAVE BOUGHT A HOME, 5, NOTHING BUT PERFECTION FROM EQUITY TITLE AND ESCROW, THIS WAS ANS STILL IS A COMPLETE NIGHTMARE!! REPORTED THEM TO THE STATE ATTORNEYS GENERAL OFFICE AND THE STATE OFFICE OF CONSUMER AFFAIRS, THEY WILL NOT BE OUT OF BUSINESS SOON ENOUGH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
