salesman george eberhart came into our home a few years ago on our request to provide an estimate to repair a bulging wall. we were sucked into his hours-long schpiel about waterproofing and possible insect infestations, complete with props and assurances that our was ""wanted to right itself,"" and we allowed ourselves to be pressured into his dirty high-pressure sales tactic. we financed over $10,000 for the repairs, and were even pressured by the foreman to sign off on the work when they had not completed much of the work they had promised (ie the bulging wall, which they now say we had no contract for--our stupidity for not getting the scheister of a salesman to put his words explicitly on paper..he's even told the owner of the company we're liars who are trying to take them to the cleaners...how dare we trust a company to stand behind its name and salemen! what is this anyway, 1940?)\r
it's been one frustrating disappointment after another, and the wall is coming in more than ever with not much help in sight from everdry...if i could give them no stars, it would please me to no end...please do yourself a favor and don't even let them onto your porch...they're as crafty as the devil himself!
Pros: ghastly-effective sales tactics
Cons: every dishonest tactic imaginable
