I am a restaurateur; my family ran a very successful casual fine dining restaurant on the westside for over a decade. From an insiders perspective, the Out Take is a stellar operation. The food is consistently very good, the service motivated, the wines diverse, the prices reasonable and the parking easy. While the decor isn't par with some fancy westside restaurants...who cares? My family and I have been dining regularly at the Out Take for years and have not had a single experience that was sub par. It's truly city caliber food at valley prices, without any city attitude.
