If you had spoken to me the day I first visited the bridal store my rating probably would have been 5 stars. I had a rather trying day when I walked into their store last year with many, many rude and inconsiderate saleswomen making me hate dress shopping. I was just about ready to give up when my friend convinced me to come to this one last store. I had a very clear picture of what I didn?t want and an image of what I did. I also had a modest budget (around a thousand) and didn?t think I would get what I wanted for that price. The sales lady was amazing, patient and completely catered to my needs. I found the wedding dress of my dreams at only a hundred dollars more than what I wanted to spend. \r

However, the issues came during the fittings. I was put on hold for 2 hours to make an appointment and hung up on twice. They ordered a dress that was at least 3 sizes too big and had to be taken in everywhere ?which meant the tailoring totaled up to $500 ? making the dress a good chunk more than out of my price range. Plus they weren?t exactly pleasant to my future mother in law and sister when they came for my second fitting and essentially shooed them out when they tried to take a peek at my gown. My third fitting I had to correct the tailor on a bunch of issues. She was nice and accommodating but still for what I was paying I didn?t think I?d have to point out that much. The day I picked it up the dress was flawless and the women there were incredibly nice and congratulated me a million times on my wedding. \r

Overall I?m happy I went there but I feel pretty lukewarm about the whole ordeal. \r
Pros: stunning gowns, beautiful store, incredible selection
Cons: hidden costs, expensive, customer service needs some work
