Dr. Cowan is a really attentive physician. She has been my sister's doctor for yeas to and recently I finally got in to see her. She has been really caring and understanding about my struggles with infertility and I feel very comfortable talking with her. It also means a lot to me that she asks about my nephew by name each time I come in. (She delivered him almost a year ago) She really has a warm manner about her and I never feel rushed for time. The only negative thing I have to say is that the woman who works at the front desk is extremely rude. When I call in, I feel like I'm bothering her for wanting to make an appointment. When I'm there and I'm ready to check out and make my next appointment. She scowls at me while she finishes her personal phone call. I can't believe that Dr. Cowan keeps her on staff, but who knows what the situation is there. Anyhow, she is the only flaw in a very highly recommended practice. Her nurses are excellent and always call and follow up. They are all very friendly. Overall, I would strongly recommend Dr. Cowan to anyone who is looking for a new OBGyn. I'll stay with her until she kicks me out. :)
