I called Gregory Caturano in early April and told him that the paint that he put on was peeling. He promised to take care of it. Then I got a letter dated May 13th 2008 addressed to Finalcoat customers stating that there were 25 homeowners who needed touch up work, he asked for patience due to the weather and lack of money. Said he would be able to get to it in three to four weeks and please take this letter seriously. It has been 16 weeks since the letter. Since then I have call three times and gotten no response. Paint is getting worse. I am getting a bad feeling after spending all that money.
