Below Average Customer Service 9/27/2008

The customer service reps are not always knowledgeable about the services you are recieving. They certainly don't go out of their way to help you pay your bill. They don't tell you ALL your options. The wait time just to speak with a rep is horrible. I called the customer service line on 9/25/08 and was on hold for an hour and still no one picked up. I have also utilized the option to leave a message. On ehtat is supposed to be returned by the next avaliable operator. Yea that doesn't happen either. They are very slow to connect or even transfer your service too. Pros: They WERE the cheapest electric co. but not anymore Cons: Extremely long hold times, rude customer service reps, high rates and extra charges more
