All the other reviews are certainly true. The company has horrible and rude customer service. Complaints to the general manager Alan don't help as he is worse than the customer service desk. I have filed a complaint and provided my complaint to my apartment complex and filed with them as well. They know that they are the only providers for certain complexes and areas or you have to pay huge deposit fees so they don't care how they treat the customers or the service they provide. If you experience trouble with them please don't be silent about it.
