I purchased a couch, for which Viking promised delivery within 12 to 14 weeks (with the possiblity of some delay, in which case they would contact me). It has now been 22 weeks. No contact. Not one of my phone calls has been returned. The sales person I reached a few days ago told me that the order cannot be cancelled under any circumstances, and that it could take them up to *EIGHT YEARS* to fill the order. My only recourse now seems to be to dispute the charge with Visa. Stay far from these people.
Cons: They are thieves.
