I am really starting to get irritated by this franchise. One evening we tried to get a sandwich at 10 minutes before the posted closing time, but the door was locked and the chairs were all up on the tables. The workers inside stared at us like we were from outer space. So we drove on down the road and gave our business to the nearby Subway. Another time, we tried to go in at TWENTY minutes before closing time. Same story, locked, chairs on tables, and workers inside looking like we wanted to ruin their night but they would never dream of letting us in. Again, we drove down the road and gave our business to Subway. Tonight we arrived an hour before closing time and were lucky enough to be served. However, at FIFTY minutes before closing time, they began cleaning up, asked us if we were done with the the peppers and cleared away the condiment bar. As more customers trickled in, they were putting chairs up on tables and reluctantly asking the customers if they planned on dining in. Nasty floor mats had been stacked on top of the trash bin by the front door. Not to mention, that with the exception of one good-humored male employee I have met around weekday lunchtime, every other employee at this franchise is sour-faced, can't get the order right, and generally seem mad at the world. I'm sure the owner of this franchise would love to know how their business is being run. You're much better off going to the Subway down the road.
Pros: Averagely decent subs
Cons: Terrible customer service, don't expect to eat here within 45 minutes of closing time
