This place has a real problem with delivery drivers showing up.If you cannot hire drivers that show up for work,cut out the delivery.It is hurting your business when people call and you cannot deliver,or the order is screwed up as mine has been several times.When you get stuck at work,or just simply plan to order out that day,its disappointing and bad business to not be able to perform your job. OK, the first time I used the delievery service they were late, rude, and I paid for a bowl of soup and got a cup. I left negative feedback and asked a manager to call me. A week later I had not heard from anyone, but delivery is best for me, so I though, I'll try it again...they may have just had an off night. NOPE. I placed the order and they called me right back that time and said they cannot place the order (my cc was charged and I got an e-mail confirmation) The manager was SO rude to me and had the audacity to call me back (I hung up on her b/c I did not want to waste anymore time) and went off on my voicemail. The GM finally called me and was really nice. I felt sorry for him and he seemed to care, so I did not take the offer of a free meal. I did not take his number (he tried) but I thought they would make sure and take care of me next time. Well, boy was I wrong. I placed a delivery order at 7:45pm on a Sat night. I paid with my credit card (it was just 2 soups and a salad). I had an ETA of 8:25pm delivery. Well, at 9pm, they closed (or earlier for all I know) and I never got my food!!!! Again, it was only 2 bowls of soup and a salad. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? I never got a call or an e-mail that my order would not be delivered...actually, I got an e-mail confirmation for my order and it said my order was accepted...I can't wait to talk to the GM. I am so mad, they took my money and never showed up with my food!!! WTF Pros: Food, when and IF you get it Cons: everything else. RUDE management (some young girl), rude employees, SLOW if they even bother to show up! more

I am really starting to get irritated by this franchise. One evening we tried to get a sandwich at 10 minutes before the posted closing time, but the door was locked and the chairs were all up on the tables. The workers inside stared at us like we were from outer space. So we drove on down the road and gave our business to the nearby Subway. Another time, we tried to go in at TWENTY minutes before closing time. Same story, locked, chairs on tables, and workers inside looking like we wanted to ruin their night but they would never dream of letting us in. Again, we drove down the road and gave our business to Subway. Tonight we arrived an hour before closing time and were lucky enough to be served. However, at FIFTY minutes before closing time, they began cleaning up, asked us if we were done with the the peppers and cleared away the condiment bar. As more customers trickled in, they were putting chairs up on tables and reluctantly asking the customers if they planned on dining in. Nasty floor mats had been stacked on top of the trash bin by the front door. Not to mention, that with the exception of one good-humored male employee I have met around weekday lunchtime, every other employee at this franchise is sour-faced, can't get the order right, and generally seem mad at the world. I'm sure the owner of this franchise would love to know how their business is being run. You're much better off going to the Subway down the road. Pros: Averagely decent subs Cons: Terrible customer service, don't expect to eat here within 45 minutes of closing time more
