OK, the first time I used the delievery service they were late, rude, and I paid for a bowl of soup and got a cup. I left negative feedback and asked a manager to call me. A week later I had not heard from anyone, but delivery is best for me, so I though, I'll try it again...they may have just had an off night. NOPE. I placed the order and they called me right back that time and said they cannot place the order (my cc was charged and I got an e-mail confirmation) The manager was SO rude to me and had the audacity to call me back (I hung up on her b/c I did not want to waste anymore time) and went off on my voicemail. The GM finally called me and was really nice. I felt sorry for him and he seemed to care, so I did not take the offer of a free meal. I did not take his number (he tried) but I thought they would make sure and take care of me next time. Well, boy was I wrong. I placed a delivery order at 7:45pm on a Sat night. I paid with my credit card (it was just 2 soups and a salad). I had an ETA of 8:25pm delivery. Well, at 9pm, they closed (or earlier for all I know) and I never got my food!!!! Again, it was only 2 bowls of soup and a salad. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? I never got a call or an e-mail that my order would not be delivered...actually, I got an e-mail confirmation for my order and it said my order was accepted...I can't wait to talk to the GM. I am so mad, they took my money and never showed up with my food!!! WTF
Pros: Food, when and IF you get it
Cons: everything else. RUDE management (some young girl), rude employees, SLOW if they even bother to show up!
