My story is pretty short, but frustrating... I bought a Samsung 46"" 750 flat screen tv, Sony Bluray 350, 2 Monster 700 HDMI cables, warranty, Firedog installation Service and Delivery for about $3800. Circuit City delivered the TV a couple of days later and I setup my Firedog appointment to install the TV above my fireplace then connect it to the Bluray player. Firedog came to my home on 9/3/2008 to install the tv and Bluray. The first problem was that Circuit City did not sell me the same mount that they showed me in their store. I got a Verge mount, which is junk. Aside from that, I now have 8 large holes in my wall because they tried to mount the TV and said the plug was in the wrong place, so they needed to remount it higher (hence the 8 holes). As they were tilting the tV downwards, the top right bolt fell out and the TV started to come loose. He remounted this bolt which is now bent and not flush with the wall. After calling both Firedog and Circuit City, they want to charge for the correct mount, de-installation and re-installation of the TV. They both guarantee 100% satisfaction...yeah, right. Cons: Quality of workmanship is terrible. Extra costs to make you happy.
