I purchased hurricane shutters for my home in mid April 2008. Two of those shutters has motors. The one on my front door got stuck in the down position and I tried calling LAS on September 5th 2008.and they told me that they would call me on Monday September 8th because their computers were down due to a hurricane. They didnt call on Monday like they said they would. I proceeded to call them back on 9/8/08 ,9/10/08 and 9/11/08 they finally called me back on Friday September 12, 2008 saying that they would call me on Monday September 15, 2008 to schedule an appointment. They did not call me like they said they would . I have spent $9,000.00 and I feel like I am being put off. Not very good for business I must say. I AM NOT HAPPY AT ALL WITH MY WARRANTY SERVICE. BECAUSE I AM GETTING NO SERVICE , JUST THE RUNAROUND...
Pros: When they are assigned the job.they come out fast.
Cons: When you need warranty work , they forget about you.
