Called L A S to come give me a quote for 15 windows in my house in Picayune MS. Salesman came ,presented product,(very knowledgeable) then proceeded to do the ole car salesman pitch of extremely high numbers to reflect the low numbers.... My wife and i told him we would call him the next day to give our answer.. he would not accept that, pressured me to sign contract then and there. we got him to leave, then we talked and made a decision, and as promised we called him the next day (tues) so i could meet him in New Orleans to sign, he promised to call me back the same day to tell me where to meet for the next day (wed) . well no call, so i got up on wed and drove into the city to the headquarters to find him or talk to someone live, pulled into parking lot of LAS and parked in a lot full of mercedes, bmw, lexus. went inside with checkbook in hand to be greeted by a lovely middle aged woman behind the desk who told me that there was NO ONE there who could see me, all salesmen were out working and there was no managers or anyone for that matter who could see me, that i should go home and wait for the salesman to call.........she resumed answering her phone without a goodbye. an hour later the salesman called me ....too late for me, if this is how it is for me to get windows, im sure the warranty and service will follow suit. ILL look for a company with live people in the office i can sit down with Man to Man. After all we are in a RECESSION, if im shelling out that kind of money, i expect a few manners with common courtesy as well.
Pros: decent product
Cons: VERY UNPROFESSIONAL Public Relations
