I loved the Palazzo but was so put off by the service (well, lack of) at the pool that I just had to write a review. You can order drinks, but they won't bring you food. They handed me a menu to a Wolfgang Puck cafe that had patio seating near the pool and said I could go to the walk-up window and order something to go, and then bring it back to where we were sitting.
